GRILLED SHRIMP

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Shrimp - Olive oil - Fresh garlic & jalapeno - Brown sugar - Salt & pepper - Spices: smoked paprika,   chili powder, garlic   powder, onion powder,   and cumin - Lime wedges

Tequila is optional!

MY BEST TIP

Use JUMBO shrimp!

Shrimp will shrink when cooked.  Larger shrimp will give you the most succulent shrimp bites. Plus they're easier to flip on the grill!

PREP THE SHRIMP

Make the marinade: Combine the olive oil, garlic, jalapeno, brown sugar, and spices. Let shrimp marinate: Pour marinade over shrimp. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Add tequila: Totally optional!

GRILL THE SHRIMP

Prep grill: Heat to medium-high. Skewers? Grill shrimp with or without skewers. Grill: Shrimp cooks very fast! For jumbo shrimp, this will only take a few minutes per side. They're done once the shrimp are nicely charred and opaque.
