Beer Can CHICKEN

Easy grilling recipe!

1) A beer can props up the chicken on the grill, for  even grilling. 2) Beer inside the can steams the meat to make it super moist - it literally falls off the bone! 3) The grill's heat makes  the skin super tasty and irresistibly crisp.

WHAT MAKES BEER CAN CHICKEN SO AWESOME GOOD?

INGREDIENTS

- Whole chicken - Vegetable oil - Seasonings: cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, dried oregano, salt & pepper

YOU'LL ALSO NEED

One opened, half-full can  of beer. We like to use a tall, skinny can!

1) Dry chicken really well. 2) Make a rub with oil and seasonings. Rub onto chicken. 3) Set chicken onto open beer can.  4) Grill indirectly 1 hour 15 min over medium heat. 5) Turn up heat to high, cook 10 more minutes to crisp the skin.
