Make the Dough

Mix together the flour, butter, and cream, then refrigerate.

Roll Out the Dough

Roll out the cookie dough, then cut into circles with round cookie or biscuit cutters.

Coat in Sugar

Coat both sides of cookie dough rounds with sugar in a small bowl, then place them on a baking sheet.

Bake
