3cupsmedium sized broccoli florets
3cupschopped green cabbage leavesin 1-2” pieces
3cupschopped curly kale leavesin 1-2” pieces (discard tough stems)
¼cupvegetable broth
1tablespoonsoy sauceI often add a little more
½tablespoonrice vinegarI often add a little more
Instructions
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add butter and allow it to melt.
Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add broccoli, cabbage, kale, and vegetable broth. Fold to combine. Cover skillet with a lid and steam the vegetables for 2 minutes. Lift the lid and quickly fold the greens a couple times, then cover and steam for 2 more minutes - or until crisp-tender and bright green. The vegetables will shrink down considerably in size.
Add soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir to combine, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.
