For the filling: Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, and a bit of salt & pepper.
Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally, all the rolls still attached to each other. Place the bottoms in a 9x13-inch baking dish if you have rolls in a rectangular shape, in a round baking dish if your rolls are in a round shape.
Spoon the chicken mixture onto the rolls, then spread evenly.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar over the chicken mixture.
Place the top half of the dinner rolls over the cheese.
For the topping: In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Brush the butter mixture over the top of the dinner rolls.
Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until nicely nicely warmed throughout.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown. Serve hot.
