Yaki Udon


- Udon noodles - Ground beef - Shiitake mushrooms - Sugar snap peas - Green onion You'll also need soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, and sriracha for the sauce.

Make the Sauce

Whisk together the sauce ingredients. 

Cook the Noodles

Prepare the udon noodles following the directions on the package.

Cook the Beef + Mushrooms

Brown the ground beef and sauté the mushrooms in a skillet. Set aside.

Make the Stir Fry

Heat the sauce. Add noodles, beef, mushrooms, and other ingredients.

Dig in!

Dish up your Yaki Udon right away, and garnish with sesame seeds to serve.
