SHRIMP TOASTS WITH SRIRACHA MAYO

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Shrimp - Mayonnaise - Garlic - Lemon - Sriracha sauce - Olive oil - French bread slices - Capers Don't forget lemon wedges and parsley for garnish!

Prepare the Sriracha Mayo

Mix the ingredients for the spicy mayo. Spread on one side of each bread slice.

Prepare the Shrimp

Toss the shrimp in what's left of the sriracha mayo.

Toast the Bread

Lightly toast the bread slices in a hot skillet.

Assemble + Broil

Top the bread with shrimp and capers, then place the shrimp toasts under the broiler until golden.

Serve!
