- Ground Pork - Cabbage - Green onions, Garlic and  Ginger - Rice Vinegar - Oyster Sauce - Cornstarch - Black Pepper - Potsticker Wrappers - Peanut Oil - Chicken Broth

Make the Filling

First, combine the potsticker ingredients in a bowl.

Fill the Wrappers

Next, add a teaspoon of the filling mixture to the center of the wrapper.

Pleat the Wrappers

Next, fold into a half-moon and pleat the edges of the wrapper.


Next, cook the potstickers until golden brown on the underside. Then add chicken broth, reduce heat, and cover.
