They are tangy and packed with heat. Add them to salad, tacos, burritos even pizza for a spicy kick!
Bring water, vinegar, honey, and salt to a simmer and cook until the salt has dissolved.
Remove the pan from heat. Add jalapeno slices and mustard seeds and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Transfer jalapenos to a jar, cover with pickling liquid, and refrigerate.
Great as a snack straight from the jar, or topping sandwiches, salads, and tacos!
