Make the Sugar Base

Heat the ingredients for the candy sugar until the mixture reaches 235° F.

Add Butter

Next, stir in butter right away.

Add the Pecans

Fold in the pecans, and add vanilla and salt. Stir to combine.

Drop onto a Baking Sheet

Drop spoonfuls of praline mixture onto a lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle with Salt and Cool

Sprinkle with sea salt and then leave the pralines to set for 30 minutes.
