Cook ditalini in boiling salted water until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pot and cook chicken sausage until browned. Then remove to plate and set aside.
Sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic for 5-10 minutes. Then stir in the chicken broth and white wine, and bring to a boil.
Stir in the beans, bay leaves, thyme, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sausage into the pot. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
