HOT HONEY CHICKEN WINGS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Chicken wings - Kosher salt - Unsalted butter - Hot honey - Garlic powder - Sliced green onion for serving

Parboil the Wings

Boil the chicken wings in salted water for 7 minutes.

Dry + Season the Wings

Drain + dry the wings. Spread on a baking sheet then sprinkle with salt + pepper.

Bake

Bake at 450ºF for 10 minutes, flip + bake for another 15 minutes.

Make the Honey Sauce

Whisk the sauce ingredients together + heat in a saucepan.

Toss

Toss the baked chicken wings in the hot honey sauce to coat.

Serve!

Garnish with chopped green onions and dig in while these wings are crispy!
