Combine water, honey, and walnuts in a small skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Season the shrimp with salt, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper. Then sprinkle with cornstarch.
In a large skillet, cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until firm, opaque, and crisped.
Add cooked shrimp and walnuts to sauce and toss until evenly coated.
Serve the Honey Walnut Shrimp over rice or chow mein noodles, and dig in!
