QUICK PICKLED BEETS

Easy Recipe!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Cooked beets - Water - Apple cider vinegar - Sugar - Salt - Mustard seeds - Black peppercorns

1. Add beets to jar(s).

Chop or slice the beets to your desired shape & size.

2. Make pickling brine.

Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, to dissolve sugar & salt.

3. Pickle the beets.

Pour brine over beets and let cool.

4. Seal & chill.

Place lid on jar(s) and refrigerate. The pickled flavor will increase with time.

Enjoy!

- Eat straight from the jar,   as a snack or side dish. - Slice thinly and tuck into   sandwiches & wraps. - Add to fresh green salads. - Enjoy with morning eggs. - Include in any variety of   rice bowls!
