Beat peanut butter and butter together, then add vanilla and powdered sugar.
Roll the peanut butter dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze.
Dip the balls in melted chocolate, leaving a circle of peanut butter at the top.
Sprinkle the tops of your buckeyes with sea salt and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Serve your buckeye candy right away, or store it airtight in the fridge for 1 week!
