Then stir in the ketchup and water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire, chipotle powder, ancho chili powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, honey, and molasses. Cook for 10 minutes.
