Ingredients
Citrus Vinaigrette
⅔cupextra-virgin olive oil
¼cuphoney
⅓cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
2tablespoonsfreshly squeezed lemon juice
2tablespoonswhite wine vinegar
1tablespoonDijon mustard
½teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonfinely ground black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a pint jar. Seal the jar tightly with a lid, then shake contents vigorously for 10-15 seconds to combine and emulsify. Set aside. See additional Notes below.
Notes
The dressing will settle as it sits; just shake or stir vigorously to reincorporate before using. If refrigerated, remove from fridge 20 minutes before serving, as the oil will solidify when chilled - then just shake to combine. Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, in the refrigerator, for up to 10 days.
