This cold and creamy Dill Pickle Dip is packed with crunchy pickles and a mix of cream cheese and sour cream. It's an easy crowd-pleasing appetizer that's full of puckery dill pickle flavor!
Ingredients
8ouncesfull-fat cream cheese,softened to room temperature
⅔cupfull-fat sour cream
2teaspoonsminced fresh dill
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper,plus a bit more for sprinkling over the top
1½cupschopped dill pickle slices,plus a bit more for sprinkling over the top
kosher salt,to taste
¼cupfinely chopped corn chips or potato chips,for garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until completely smooth, using either an electric mixer or wooden spoon.
Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped dill pickles, folding to combine. Taste and add salt as needed.
Transfer dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle with additional chopped dill pickles, chopped corn chips or potato chips, and more freshly ground black pepper. Serve with corn chips (such as Fritos Scoops), sturdy potato chips, or toasted breads for dipping.
