The dressing is super flavorful and can easily double as a dip for your fresh veggie platter, too.
Ingredients

plain Greek yogurt

T.
pure maple syrup

tsp.
freshly squeezed lemon juice

tsp.
dry mustard

tsp.
onion powder
¼
tsp.
garlic powder
¼
c.
minced fresh dill
¼
c.
minced fresh chives
¼
c.
minced fresh cilantro
or substitute parsley
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Add dry mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder, and stir.
Fold in the fresh herbs. Serve over fresh greens in a salad, or use as a dip for fresh veggies.
Note: The consistency of the dressing will depend on the yogurt you use. If the dressing is thicker than you desire, thin it out with a bit of water.
