- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon Morton kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the cilantro, garlic, lime juice and zest, honey, salt, and cumin until everything is broken down and evenly combined.
