Ingredients
1cupwater
1cuppacked dark brown sugaror substitute light brown sugar
big pinch Morton kosher salt
Instructions
In a small saucepan over high heat, whisk together the water, brown sugar, and kosher salt. Bring to a boil and quickly whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Remove saucepan from heat and let cool to room temperature. Transfer to a jar or container with a lid and store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
