SOUTHWEST EGG ROLLS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Chicken - Corn + black beans - Cheddar cheese - Onion + bell pepper - Cilantro - Jalapeno - Lime - Seasonings - Egg roll wrappers - Vegetable oil - Mexican crema + chili seasoning for the sauce

Combine the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the chicken with the rest of the filling ingredients.

Fill the Wrappers

Divide the chicken filling between your egg roll wrappers.

Fold

Fold and roll the filling up inside the egg roll wrapper like a burrito, and seal.

Fry

Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until golden and crispy. 

Drain

Move the finished egg rolls to a wire rack to drain the excess oil.

Make the Crema

Finally, whisk together the crema ingredients.

Serve!

Serve while the Southwest egg rolls are hot, paired with zesty crema for dipping.
