SEAFOOD MAC AND CHEESE

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Pasta (elbow macaroni) - Butter - Garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt + pepper - Flour - Half-and-half - Gruyere cheese + white cheddar cheese - Shrimp - Panko breadcrumbs - Grated Parmesan - Parsley

Boil the Pasta + Make the Sauce

While the pasta boils, heat the sauce ingredients in a pan. Stir in the cheese.

Combine

Add cooked pasta + shrimp, then transfer to a baking dish. Add toppings.

Bake

Bake the mac and cheese at 400ºF for 20 minutes, until warm + bubbly!
