Dry the pork and season with salt + pepper. Sear in a Dutch oven to brown.
Add chicken broth + seasonings and bring to a boil. Spoon the liquid over the meat.
Cover + cook in a 350ºF oven for 4 hours, until the meat falls apart, then shred.
Slice up and then sauté colored peppers in a skillet with butter + olive oil.
Serve your pork carnitas + peppers in tacos with all the fixings!
