EASY PORK CARNITAS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Bone-in Pork Shoulder - Salt & Pepper - Vegetable Oil - Chicken Broth - Onion - Dried Oregano, Ground Cumin + Paprika

Prep + Sear the Pork

Dry the pork and season with salt + pepper. Sear in a Dutch oven to brown.

Add Broth + Seasonings

Add chicken broth + seasonings and bring to a boil. Spoon the liquid over the meat.

Slow Cook

Cover + cook in a 350ºF oven for 4 hours, until the meat falls apart, then shred.

Sauté Some Peppers

Slice up and then sauté colored peppers in a skillet with butter + olive oil.
