WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Onions - White vinegar - Shrimp - Limes - Cilantro - Peppers - Persian cucumbers - Red radishes

Slice the Veggies

Slice the onions, cucumber, and radish up thin. A mandolin works great for this!

Prepare the Shrimp

Halve the shrimp. Add to a bowl with lime juice and refrigerate, stirring often.

Make the Marinade

Blend the marinade. Combine with the shrimp and return to the fridge.

Assemble

Combine the marinade, shrimp, and sliced veggies in a serving bowl.

Serve!

Serve your shrimp aguachile with crackers and tortilla chips. Get dipping!
